The Headteacher and Governing body are looking to appoint a flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking person to join the school team.

As a teaching assistant you will have the opportunity to support students in all subject areas across all year groups from year 7 to year 13.  The needs of our students can include hearing impairment, visual impairment, physical difficulties and cognition and learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good qualifications in maths and English (grade 4 or above at GCSE or equivalent)
  • Experience of working with children aged 11-16
  • Good awareness of student SEND needs
  • An inclusive approach to meeting students’ needs

The Headteacher and Governing body are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to help to deliver a primary based curriculum for pupils who need additional support in literacy and numeracy skills, including phonics.

The successful candidate will have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting and will be able to support the learning of students in lessons, under the direction of the class teacher, to ensure all students are able to fully access learning and make progress.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Good qualifications in maths and English (grade 4 or above at GCSE or equivalent)
  • Experience of working with children aged 11-16
  • Good awareness of student SEND needs
  • An inclusive approach to meeting students’ needs

  • Maintain records/management information systems
  • Contribute to the overall ethos and aims of the academy

The Headteacher and Governing body at Belle Vue Girls’ Academy are looking to appoint a Marketing and Communications Officer who will work under the direction of the Headteacher and Academy Business Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of a marketing and communications strategy that will primarily focus on maximising recruitment of pupils to the academy, whilst also enhancing the academy’s relationship with current parents and the wider community. The role combines both strategic thinking with day-to-day marketing activity.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of effective PR and marketing communications
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities

The governors at Belle Vue Girls’ Academy wish to appoint an experienced, passionate and talented teacher of RS & History from November 2021 for a maternity cover.

Belle Vue Girls’ Academy is a fully comprehensive 11-18 school, serving families from across Bradford. We have nearly 1200 girls on role, including 200 in the sixth form. Our most recent Ofsted inspection (November 2016) confirmed that we are a good school. In recent years, our Progress 8 score has consistently been around +0.6, placing us in the top 10% of schools nationally.

We are seeking to appoint an individual who:
